Exceeding Your Expectations: Outdoing Disney
By Jay Bryant-Wimp
One of our clients was at Walt Disney World as part of a tour supporting the Children’s Miracle Network. As a 6 year-old in the Magic Kingdom there is likely nothing better, unless you were having trouble getting medications via a nebulizer that helped you to breath much easier. During the plane ride her compressor/nebulizer was damaged in the cargo area and no longer worked. In steps Accurate Rx’s own Incredible, Director of Pharmacy, Kirsten!
Kirsten received a phone call from our clients’ mom, Michelle, with the details and she was on the case. Kirsten let Michelle know that she would get to work on it right away and encouraged the family to enjoy their trip at Disney. After many phone calls to medical equipment providers, the insurance company and delivery companies (and many hours on the phone), Kirsten had assembled all the parts to work a great solution!
Kirsten was able to have a replacement nebulizer/compressor delivered right to our clients’ hotel that same day without having the family incur any cost! We are so very fortunate to have Incredible Kirsten on our team! The extra mile is just another mile marker to her. She works through problems every day with the same tenacity. Kirsten is always ready to exceed your expectations and go beyond the Disney customer experience too!
